Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, etc.)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items showing obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Any item returned after the 3-day return window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed
The amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days

If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Returns are absolutely FREE.

If you wish to return an eligible product, there will be no return shipping charge.

Exchange Fee – ₹500

If the product delivered is exactly as ordered — including the correct product, size, color, and fabric — but you wish to exchange it for a different size or color, an exchange fee of ₹500 will apply.

This fee covers the two-way shipping and handling costs involved in collecting the original product and delivering the replacement.

No exchange fee will be charged if the wrong or defective product has been delivered by Fluidic Fashion.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit after the return is processed
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If a refund is issued, return shipping cost may be deducted
